Ordering water online with Coastal Water Store is super simple, fast, and clear. Whether you’re in Surrey, Vancouver, or Nanaimo, the process on our website is the same and only takes a few minutes. Here’s a step-by-step guide so you know exactly what to expect.
Step 1: Sign Up
Start by signing up your own account, where you can check your order, subsccriptions, bottle deposits, invoice and tracking your water delivery after you sign up.
Once you’ve completed sign‑up and logged into your account, you’ll arrive at the Home Page. On the left side, you’ll find all your account details, including:
- Calendar (where you can check your upcoming delivery dates once an order is placed)
- Wallet
- Containers (Bottle Deposit)
- Container History
- My Orders (shows both one‑time and subscription orders)
Step 2: Pick your water type
Choose the type of water you’d like. To choose your water, go Homepage > Shop > Reverse Osmosis. Each product has two button options (see Image 2).
- Add to Cart: Select this for a one‑time purchase with no recurring schedule.
- Subscribe: Choose this if you’d like regular deliveries – weekly, every 2nd week, or longer.
Please note: A minimum of 3 bottles is required for water delivery.
Step 3A: Placing One-time Orders
After clicking Add to Your Cart, you can easily complete your purchase through the checkout window.
Step 3B: Subscribing Orders
Subscribing works differently than placing a one‑time order. With a subscription, you can set your delivery frequency – every week, or anywhere from every 2nd to 8th week, depending on your needs. Be sure to include delivery instructions so the driver knows exactly where to leave your bottles.
You’re always in control: subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time. And if you run out of water before your next scheduled delivery, you can place a one‑time order from Step 3A and adjust or delay your original delivery date.
Step 4: Add a cooler if needed
Just like when selecting your water, go to Shop > Water Dispenser. At Coastal Water Store, we use Avalon dispensers, highly rated for their durability, style, and reliability, making them a great fit for both homes and offices. You can choose from top‑loading, bottom‑loading, or countertop coolers, all available for monthly rental or purchase. Simply add one to your cart if you’d like to include it with your order
